1. Schedule an appointment through our online website or call and talk to a Certified Lead Inspector. The Inspector will help you prepare for the inspection and let you know what to expect.

2. A Certified Inspector will call at least a hour prior to coming to the property to be inspected.

3. The Inspector when arriving will do a visual inspection of the property to make sure that the property is in tact. If the inspector sees something that is in need of repair they will advise you on what steps to take before they begin the inspection.

4. After the visual inspection the inspector will prep and test areas in the property.

5. The test is then mailed out to a NLLAP accredited testing lab where the samples are measured and record.

6. The results are reviewed and confirmed by members of our team whom will email you your results along with Lead Safe Certificate for the City of Philadelphia.

Note: If you fail the test we will send you the results and advise you on what steps to take next.
